Our client, a major financial services firm, is looking to recruit a Specialist, Product Analytics

In their London office. The Specialist will work within a team whose purpose is to ensure that  customers have access to marketing leading features and have products that offer support along their credit building journey. They will be responsible for developing strong business cases and optimising existing strategies to deliver measurable improvements for customers. The role would suit

would suit somebody from an analytical background who is looking to apply their skills to real world challenges.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Conducting data analysis, segmentation and modelling to develop recommendations to improve customer and product strategies
  • Being engaged in the regulatory and industry themes that will impact consumer expectations and outcomes and that will change the way customers will use the credit card product
  • Connecting proposals to the objectives of key partners around the business and balancing the conflicting risks that arise from activities, e.g. marketing, legal, conduct, credit, finance or operations


Required Skills and Experience:


  • Strong SQL knowledge – able to self-serve and use very large datasets
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills to diagnose and interrogate datasets
  • Commercial proficiency, with P&L experience and capability to deliver compelling business cases
  • Ability to work through the end to end project analysis, approval and implementation process
  • Self-motivated and striving to deliver best work all the time


  • Experience working in the UK store card or credit card market
  • An understanding of Financial Services regulation
  • Experience using Python / Tableau or similar programs (PowerBi or R)
