As a Director at Campion Pickworth, I lead the executive search practice in the field of risk, with a focus on credit risk. I have over 11 years of experience in recruiting senior risk professionals for financial institutions, non-banking financial institutions, and corporates across various sectors and geographies.
My mission is to provide tailored and high-quality solutions to my clients and candidates, leveraging my extensive network, industry knowledge, and headhunting skills. I specialize in credit risk modelling, policy, framework, reporting, oversight, and stress testing, among other areas. I am passionate about connecting talented risk experts with challenging and rewarding opportunities in the dynamic and evolving risk landscape. I joined the team in June 2013 after graduating from the University of York with a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics. I am a highly experienced specialist headhunter and form part of the leadership team at Campion Pickworth, a leading Boutique Search firm.
My expertise is within mid to senior level hires across Credit, Risk, Structured Finance and Financial Restructuring. My approach to headhunting is rooted in a strong technical understanding of the sectors I recruit in, and in the partnership model we establish with hiring managers and HR & Talent Acquisition colleagues.
