Our client, a specialist bank, is looking to recruit an experienced Delivery Lead within their London office, with hybrid working. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of several of the most critical change projects within the bank, aligned to delivery of the corporate strategy.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Building a delivery plan, cutting the plan in different ways for communications and stakeholder management and understanding and articulation of the Critical Path
  • Understanding the financial position of the project and accurately forecasting the funding needed to deliver successfully and to approved budget
  • Effectively motivating and inspiring the project team to deliver the desired outcomes
  • Creating and implementing a stakeholder management and communications plan
  • Ensuring the project is delivered with the appropriate level of control for the change being implemented
  • Development and documenting of an appropriate business case
  • Understand the bank’s Risk Management Framework, and complying with the frameworks, policies and operating procedures


Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Experience delivering benefits via projects and programmes in a challenging fast paced financial services organisation environment
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and broad business awareness
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work confidently, thinking strategically and driving execution at all levels
  • Relevant project management qualification
  • Ability to adapt to different project management styles and methodology
