Overview

Our client, a leading global consultancy, is looking to recruit a Manager, Programme Leadership within the Major Programmes practice covering Risk and Regulation, with hybrid working. The practice addresses the growing set of complex environmental, economic and social challenges facing the delivery of large-scale programmes and the Manager will have the opportunity to work across a range of exciting and business-critical transformation programmes, building their skills and experience on the job. The successful candidate will have experience of regulatory projects in one or more of the following: Retail and Commercial Banking, Wealth and Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Insurance

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Taking the lead in partnering with clients to solve complex issues, through leading teams to design, shape and deliver strategically significant projects and programmes
  • Working with a range of senior stakeholders both internally and in client organisations at all levels, as a subject matter expert on Programme Leadership
  • Applying a combination of consulting experience, industry knowledge, tools and technology to anticipate and address programme/portfolio challenges
  • Leading teams, clients and other partners to deliver complex client programmes and critical outcomes
  • Supporting business development by building client relationships, contributing to new business proposals, and taking key roles in industry and account teams
  • Contributing to internal practice development by participating in proposition, methodology and point of view development activities, and supporting knowledge capture and sharing
  • Demonstrating excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills
