Overview
Our client, a Fintech, is looking to recruit a Business Intelligence – Senior Manager within their Leeds office, with hybrid working. You’ll head up the MI development team and drive operational effectiveness through delivery of automated reporting and insight.
Role Responsibilities:
- Using all available datasets to understand multi-channel operational performance drivers, creating insight, solutions and pushing forward the data-driven agenda
- Enhancing the current automated reporting to incorporate cost tracking of operational and other variable business lines
- Working alongside the other Operational Support functions in providing intelligence reporting, designing web applications and supporting key projects/digital initiatives from a variety of different perspectives
- Setting the long-term strategy for the alignment of operational data to the wider corporate data lake and cloud-based infrastructure
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- A solid Microsoft BI Stack Team Manager with proven Customer Operations experience delivering MI / analytics solutions
- Experience leading and developing a team of Microsoft BI Stack developers, demonstrating a good understanding of relevant technologies and leading the development of the team in their use of a variety of coding languages
- Proven ability in the design and development of complex data models and data feeds for MI and Analytics
- Knowledge of the credit card sector and driving best in class customer experience and cost optimisation
- Experience of working cross functionally within a multi-faceted business unit
